today moring nv go gym with yan cause ytd nite rushed contract until 6 in the morning...
but james call to meet him lo.. then go lo..
went to his house to wait for shuinan...
help him make the blog lo...
then go areana.. paly awhile..
then i went to training le...
tired lei..
todae i go there late.... then i got to run extra 2 rounds..
tired like hell....
but stil ok la.... can tahan...
cause national training starting soon...
